Corbel Capital brings a unique and eclectic wealth of sector expertise and insights to the situations and clients that it works with.
Corbel Capital was formed in 2020 by Johnny after an 18 year career working across Banking, Family Office investing and public company M&A. Earlier in his career, he trained as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG where he worked in the Management Consulting and Transaction Services practices of the firm.
He possesses undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Computer Science, Business and Law (University of Galway, University College Dublin, INSEAD, The Law Society) and is a non-executive director and investor to a number of private businesses and funds.
Jeroen is the Managing Partner of Pacenotes, a pan-European fund-of-funds business which he founded in 2020. Before, Pacenotes Jeroen was Managing Partner of Rabo Frontier Ventures - the strategic venture arm of Rabobank where he built and oversaw a global portfolio of some $275m in top-tier VC funds and direct investments.
John is currently the CFO of HerdWatch - a global agri-tech business. Previously, John was Managing Partner of Element Finance a Venture Debt fund headquartered in Texas and prior to that he spent a number of years as Investment Director for Irelandia Investments, the European family office of the founders of Ryanair.
